Barre workout combines Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Fitness movements in succession, helping muscle toning and development. The movements allow for variety and progression to suit all fitness levels.

透過各種延展身體線條,自身重量加上工具輔助配合的運動來強化核心肌群,講究精準動作,身體的協調性及穩定度。確實的動作能拉伸全身的線條,讓深層肌肉也能伸展運動,會訓練到肌耐力和強化核心肌群的效果。

Barre+ Instructor Training

We provide students with the skills required to effectively lead Barre Classes and provide a high quality of training.

適合想學習成為Barre導師, 或有興趣提升教學技巧, 獲取專業資格.

或想深入了解此運動的人, 成功完成課程及考試合格後, 可以獲取本校証書. 表現優秀者將有實習教學機會並且加入BARRE+ Team 任教
